Books on open water swimming that I need to read

Today I read an article by Scott Zornig, who is or was the president of the Santa Barbara Channel Swimming Association.  In this article, he hits on some points about open water swimming that sort of ring true.  His main beef is with wearing a wetsuit on an open water swim.  But that’s not what I’m writing this short post for.

He recommends some books that I might check out, so I’m listing them below:=

Winds, Wave and Sunburn” by Conrad Wennerberg
Penny Lee Dean’s “Open Water Swimming
Marcia Cleveland’s “Dover Solo”

Anyway, I might have to take a look at some of these books.
